The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the luminaire with the requirements of the technical documentation provided that the consumer observes the conditions of transportation, storage, installation and operation.
The warranty period for the luminaire is 5 years from the date of sale. The above warranty periods vary depending on the LED driver installed in the product. The manufacturer may extend the warranty period.
Free repair, replacement of the lamp (or its parts) in case of its malfunction during the warranty period is carried out by the manufacturer, provided that the consumer observes the rules of operation, transportation and storage.

1. Fill out a cover letter (photo with an example of a completed sample) with all the necessary information. (Download a sample form to fill out). Including the invoice number for the purchase of fixtures. Scan. send to the service mail (or upload it back to the site), attach the original letter to the shipment.
Important! (The item names must be identical to the items on the invoice)
2. Attach warranty documents, if not, attach documents on the purchase of lamps (invoice).
All information on sending lamps is in the letter.
Initially, the shipment is paid by the manufacturer (JSC "Phystech-Energo") from the Terminal TC to the Terminal TC. If, in the case of diagnostics, it is revealed that the nature of the failure does not correspond to the warranty case, repair and transportation costs are paid by the sender.
1. Make sure that the LED equipment of this nomenclature you requested is identical to the one that failed, otherwise the promptness of provision will be extended in time.
2. Fill out the request letter with all the necessary information. All fields must be filled!

IMPORTANT! The cost of the luminaire must be identical to the invoice value.LED equipment is sent to you by the official implementation, i.e. this is an official sale to you, but no money. Upon receipt of the product, it is necessary to make the reverse official implementation, according to this procedure, the dispatches are offset.
